AOL and a few other companies often BLOCK all email from Costa Rica (and many other countries) without your knowledge or your permission. If you do not receive your confirming email within a very few minutes, email webmaster@arcr.net from the address you used during registration.
Better yet, do NOT use AOL at all as it is not a reliable service for email outside the USA. Hotmail and some other services place all email from Costa Rica in your JUNK MAIL folder, so please look there first for your confirming email.
