Hello All & Good Morning![b/]

I am presently under contract with a Builder in CR. The company is registered as "Oro Plata". Has anyone else had experience pos/neg with them.

I would appreciate any and all feedback you may have.

Shouldn't you have asked this question, before you signed the contract? Hopefully, you aren't having problems.

How do you do, Neutron ?

Maybe by this time, you have done your project, but if you still looking for advice, let me say you can ask for Oro Plata´s record in CFIA (the architectural bureau).

All the authorized professionals and companies in Costa Rica have to register with CFIA for working legally. At the same time, if one of us has had problems because of bad works or something.

Obviously, it was a better idea to check out before hiring the company, but well, I hope you had had a good experience with that company.
