I am going overseas for 2 months from December the 1st to February the 1st. I have a small but well furnished one-bedroom apartment in Rohrmoser. It's in a safe location handy to local transport. It will include Internet, power, gas, water and cable. It overlooks a park and has mountain views, has a front garden lawn and a small balcony. There is a washing machine, microwave, gas stove/oven, hot water shower, fridge, large TV, bed, sofas, linen, all cutlery and crockery and pots and pans. This is a very convenient short term option. You must be very trustworthy, clean and responsible to be even considered and be willing to provide identification for my security. This would suit a working professional or someone who has a more permanent presence in San Jose or Costa Rica. It costs me $500 a month but I would be willing to negotiate less if that's beyond your budget.
