sustainable/green builders & architects? looking to research building a sutainable 'off the grid' house

does anyone have any info on resources in CR for:

- pre-fab housing?

- architects that can design & build homes utlizing alternative energy sources off the 'grid', like solar, wind/hydro power

- recycled & re-purposed materials for building?
