Mapache Construction on road to Ocotal

There is a huge Mapache project underway on the road to Ocotal - 2 kms from the turn off at Coco to be precise. Can anyone tell me the name of the development? Knows for sure it's Mapache? It looks like work may have been suspended since last week. Huge gray buildings with red roofs.

I don't know about that particular project but the one outside Liberia. La Ponderosa Ranch has been 'suspended since last August...

There are a number of developments in the one area. One is Pura Vida and another is El Penon del Sol, which is where I bought.
