Looking for 4Br house in Guanacaste to rent

Hello,

I have decided to pack up the family and move to Costa Rica in July 08. We have decided to put the kids in Country Day School. I am looking for a realtor(s) who can locate for us a 4 BR home to rent for the first year or so until we decide where to buy or build a home.

If anyone knows a reputable realtor and/or knows of a place which will be available come July, please contact me.
