hi everyone - new to the forum.

just a quick question and if anyone had any information about this builder/site/area that would be of great benefit.

project is called Corazon De La Tierra Community being built within the village of Esterillos Este in Puntarenas. The developer is Rick Bowers and has a team of Costa Rican architecs and engineers. They are building single-family housing and condos.

If anyone knows of any information about the community or developer that would be great!

Also the town of Puntarenas. Is this a booming town and is there as much crime/gang activity as in Jaco? The towns are relatively close.

Thanks to everyone who replies and helps us out!

OK GUYS, THERE STEALING MONEY!

I was on the Phone with a local REALTOR in Parrita, which is a town where this project is. They said that they are not selling what they say they are.

The project has no lots on plot to begin withand no permits. The people selling the lots, are selling them under a different name.

The Property is under Monte De Piedra and Selling Under a LLC COMPANY in the states.

BEWARE of this SCAM!

JUST MY 2 COLONES

As with ALL posts like the one above, you should look for confirmation good or bad. Many realtors bad mouth other realtors. NEVER listen to only one opinion. Always seek information from 3-4 other sources. If everyone states they are baddies... well then act accordingly.
