John Cocker
Where can I buy real Ham in Costa Rica? Not the synthetic sliced sqaures of ham in packets, but the real smoked, on the bone Ham. Anywhere is San Jose would be fine. Or try to contact this person MJ SMOKED MEATS Delicious Smoked Hams (2.5lbs to 5lbs). All hams are vacuum sealed. Kelly B
Ummmm I believe I just posted on your subject of "Applying from Canada" and the difficulties you were having. I guess from this post that you are here now. Did you change your mind about applying for residency?
Shea
AutoMercado has Virginia ham and other types, but not whole hams bone-in. These are cut into rectangles for easy slicing, but hey are not chopped or formed, they are whole pieces of ham. They are extremely expensive. I saw 5-pound canned ham (Black Label?) at Walmart today for 18,000+ colones, morre than $36.00. Edited January 26, 2013 by Shea
