I'm a new member and intersted in any thoughts on purchasing a house in Dominical area?

Chaz, I assume you have been to Domincal so you must already know how beautiful it is down there. We purchased land a little south of Dominical and are about to break ground on our first structure. It will be a garage we will live in while we build the "real" place. Hope to move down in January. It seems everyone knows everyone and are all willing to help out. Let me know if you need any specific answers.

Thanks. Yes it is beautiful and good to know everyone so nice in the area. We are looking on-line and through Nick at Zec Realestate. My wife and I will be in the area early May. No specific questions except anything to avoid in the area?
