missy 0
As far as I can tell, we still don't know if Missy's friend has a Costa Rican bank account. If this is the case, then everything else is moot. Also -- I don't know if AYA accepts advance payments. My aqueducto used to accept advance payments but doesn't anymore after becoming totally computerized. Of course, with no Costa Rican bank account........ there would be a "whole lot of checkin' goin' on" No Eleanor he doesn't have an account that is why I'm asking for other ways he can pay his bills. When he comes back to CR I will go with him to Electric ,Water and Cable company's and see what can be done. Thank you all for your replies.
eleanorcr 0
With no bank account, the best bet is to find someone who will pay the bills for him. But -- it can't hurt to go and ask about alternatives. And please be sure to let us know the results, Missy.
