Appointment for Legal Counselling

Recommended Posts

canadaMan    0

Hello,

I would like to make an appointment with the ARCR legal department(?) to ask some questions about residency, purchasing property, and maintaining a corporation.

I have sent two emails to legal@arcr.net without getting any response. Is this the correct way to contact the ARCR? We will be in San Jose visiting from Canada on March 24 - 28.

Thanks

Don't send them emails, is my advice to you. ARCR is pretty much always awash in emails these days and tend to answer those from their active, paid-up members first, so if you feel that you must email them then be sure that your Member number is included in the subject line of your email.

You best bet IMHO, is to phone* them during business hours and ask about making an appointment. By calling you will know that you have made contact when the operator answers the phone.

Business hours are from Mon thru Fri, 9 am to 4:30 pm, excepting holidays. And keep in mind that Samana Santa is coming up so so they will be closed for a week.

ARCR's phone number are 2233-8068 and 2221-2053, and their operator speaks english.

It may take 3 or 4 days to receive a response from ARCR even if you are a member. It is definitely not anything like Instant Chat. Like Paul said, for immediate communication, give them a call.
