  1. I have a huge issue, and if anyone has any leads as to who can help me? When I bought my house, I maybe bought it too fast, as there were a few interested parties. I needs alot of work, but I am getting it done slowly because money is tight. I paid 86% of the cost of the house in cash, But.. I have to pay the outstanding balance of 22400 by July 10/2019 or I lose the house. (well, Id have to sell it) that would be awful. especially since I have been working on it, etc. and I want to stay here and live out my days. I was told by my agent as well as my lawyer that I would have no problem at all getting a loan for the last 20K well? they were wrong.... I have been to most banks in CR and I cannot get a loan here because my cedula is only permanent right now. I cant get a loan in Canada either because they will not take foreign property as collateral. I have a friend looking into a "hard money lender" who charge more interest but are more lax in their requirements, but I also have heard that they will only lend a minimum of 100K I only need 19,000 US, over 48 months I put an ad in craiglist but had no replies If anyone has a lead please advise thanks Dennis
